Internationally renowned and Cleveland based harpist Yolanda Kondonassis visited with WCLV’s Jacqueline Gerber on First Program, November 5, 2008, to talk about her new Telarc CD release Air. The recording, which was made at Oberlin’s Warner Concert Hall, features Cleveland Orchestra principal flute, Joshua Smith; New York Philharmonic principal violist, Cynthia Phelps; and the Oberlin 21, a group of talented Oberlin Conservatory musicians conducted by Bridget-Michaele Reischl. Proceeds from the album will be contributed to organizations devoted to worldwide environmental causes
