ALL CLEVELAND ORCHESTRA, ALL DAY, THANKSGIVING DAY

An unprecedented event in classical music broadcasting takes
place over WCLV on Thanksgiving Day. Taking a cue from the
cable networks who offer marathons of TV series
on holidays, such as Monk, NCIS and House, WCLV presents
an all day and night marathon of Cleveland Orchestra
broadcasts on Thanksgiving Day, beginning at 6:00 AM
and running to Midnight. You'll hear eight full length concerts from 2003, 2004, 2005 and
2006, with conductors Franz Welser-Moest, Robert Porco, Michael Tilson Thomas, Giancarlo
Guerrero, and Mitsuko Uchida. Almost all of WCLV's normal weekday programming will be
cancelled to make way for this unique Orchestra presentation.
