WCLV'S General Contest Rules

WCLV Contests involving prizes to local events, restaurants and hotels are
open to WCLV listeners residing in the greater Cleveland area.  Listeners to
wclv.com who reside outside the Cleveland area may compete for prizes
which are not geographically-based, e.g. compact discs, books, etc.
 
Employees, agents, successors, interns, and assignees of Cleveland Classical
Radio, LLC., its advertisers, advertising agencies, or promotional partners are
ineligible to win WCLV Contests. Employees of any radio station in the Cleveland
Total Survey Area, as designated by Arbitron, or of any television station in the Cleveland-Akron DMA, as designated by Nielson, are also ineligible to win WCLV Contests.

By entering a WCLV contest at any time, you acknowledge that your name and city
of residence may be used on the air.
 
Names and likenesses of WCLV Contest Winners may also be used for promotional
purposes without further compensation to the winner.
 
All claims are subject to verification by WCLV, whose decision is final.
 
WCLV contests are void where prohibited.

WCLV is not responsible for program changes made by any presenting organization or for the cancellation of any event for which tickets have been awarded.
