On Christmas Eve afternoon, 2008, at 3:45 PM, five year old Aaron Bachman, grandson of WCLV President Robert Conrad and wife Jean, becomes the fourth young member of the Conrad family to read "The Night Before Christmas" over WCLV. In 1966, Bob and Jean’s oldest daughter Caroline, then five years old, read the Christmas-time story. On Christmas Eve afternoon in 2006, granddaughter Sarah Bachman, then five years old, and Aaron’s sister, performed the poem on the air. Last year six year old grandson Christian Conrad made his radio debut reading the poem. Nepotism, yes, if you’ve got a radio station for this sort of thing, why not?
