TO HEAR THE SEVERANCE HALL PERFORMANCE ON WCLV
On Saturday, August 23rd at 3:00 PM in Salzburg at the Haus fur Mozart, The Cleveland Orchestra will be in the pit for a fully-staged performance of Dvorak's Rusalka, one of. five performances of the opera in Salzburg, all sold out, incidentally.
Later that evening in Cleveland, at 8:00 PM, WCLV offers listeners an opportunity to experience the performance vicariously by broadcasting the Severance Hall concert with the same cast that is appearing in Salzburg. .That cast includes: Camilla Nyland (Rusalka); Piortz Beczala (The Prince); Emily Magee (Foreign Princess); Alan Held (Water Goblin); Birgit Remmert (Jezibaba) and the Cleveland Orchestra Chorus
