On Saturday evening, July 31st at the
BLOSSOM MUSIC CENTER, David
Zinman leads the Cleveland Orchestra and
Stephen Hough in the Piano Concerto No.
1 by Johannes Brahms; the program also
has music of Vaughan Williams
and Prokofiev. On Sunday, August 1st,
vocalist Ann Hampton Callaway joins the
Cleveland Orchestra for a concert called

Piano Competition is taking place
this week. The solo final round is at WARNER
CONCERT HALL at OBERLIN COLLEGE
Wednesday evening at 8:00. The Concerto finals
take place Friday evening at SEVERANCE HALL
with the Cleveland Orchestra conducted by Jahja
Ling. Both rounds can be heard live on WCLV.
