THE NEW CONTROL ROOM AT OBERLIN'S FINNEY CHAPEL
The Oberlin Conservatory of Music has installed a new state-of-the art control room in Finney Chapel for use in the WCLV broadcasts. The new facility was inaugurated on Friday, November 2, 2007, for the live broadcast of the Inaugural Concert in honor of Oberlin's new President Marvin Krislov. The program featured Oberlin alumni and current students: violinist Jennifer Koh, class of 1997; pianist Spencer Myers, class of 2000; Robert Sims, class of 1988; Cliff Jackson, class of 1977; and the Prima Trio - violinist Farhad Hudiyev, class of 2008; clarinetist Boris Allakhverdyan, class of 2008; and pianist Anastasia Dedik, class of 2006.
