WCLV was the media sponsor of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation’s
Walk to Cure Diabetes, that took place on Saturday, September 29th at the Cleveland
Metroparks Zoo.
WCLV was present with the WCLV Prize Wheel, giving participants a chance to win all
sorts of prizes – compact discs, tickets to area cultural events, WCLV coffee mugs and
other promotional items. There was live music presented by WCLV, including performances
by the young classically trained group The Minimum Requirements.
The WCLV staff team of eight walkers raised nearly $1000 for the benefit of the JDRF.
