KARL HAAS' ADVENTURES IN GOOD MUSIC OBSERVES HIGH HOLIDAYS

In the early 1980's, the legendary Karl Haas
produced a special program for the Jewish
High Holidays called "I will lift Mine Eyes,"
The Adventures in Good Music program was
released on an LP by WCLV. As part of this
year's WCLV observance of the Holidays,
we will broadcast the recording on Thursday,
September 20th at 10:00 PM. It includes
performances by the Abraham Kaplan
Ensemble, which were very popular among
AIGM  listeners; recordings by Jan Peerce,
Gerard Souzay and the Utah Symphony. .
