WCLV TO BROADCAST LIVE THE FINAL ROUNDS OF THE 2012 COOPER INTERNATIONAl PIANO COMPETITION
Thirty-two promising young pianists from
around the world will be at the Oberlin
Conservatory, July 19th through
the 27th competing in the Thomas
& Evon Cooper International Competition.
Co-sponsored by Oberlin Conservatory
and The Cleveland Orchestra, the 32
musicians will participate in three live
rounds for a chance at a total cash
prize of over $20,000 and the
opportunity to perform with the Cleveland Orchestra.
WCLV will be live at Warner Concert Hall at the Conservatory on Wednesday, July 25th at 7:00 PM
for the final solo piano rounds, the three winners of which will move on to performances with
The Cleveland Orchestra at Severanance Hall on Friday, July 27th, which you'll hear liive at 104.9.
