01/01/12 WCLV airs the 2012 New Year's Concert by the Vienna Philharmonic, conducted by Mariss Jansons.
01/28/12 The Cleveland Orchestra begins its sixth annual Miami residency at Knight Hall, with WCLV broadcasting live the Saturday night concerts.
02/12/12

The 2011 Karl Haas Prize for Music Education from the Klassix Society/Friends of KXMS of Missouri Southern State University is awarded to WCLV’s President and co-founder, Robert Conrad.

03/06/12 Robert Conrad hosts The Cleveland Orchestra's principal trumpet player, Michael Sachs, in a program called Sachs' Six, a discussion featuring six of Mr. Sachs favorite pieces.

The Ohio School Boards Association and the Berea City Schools name WCLV to the 2011 Business Honor Roll in appreciation of WCLV's strong support for the Berea City Schools.

  WCLV begins previews of upcoming Severance Hall concerts with Quick Insight, a three-minute feature that presents a musical excerpt and interesting background notes on a highlighted work, hosted by Jacqueline Gerber.

Ten listeners win a picnic at Blossom with the WCLV staff and an Orchestra concert featuring the works of Bernstein and Gershwin.

07/25/12 WCLV is live at Warner Concert Hall at Oberlin Conservatory for the final solo piano rounds of the Thomas & Evon Cooper International Competition. The three winners moved on to performances with The Cleveland Orchestra at Severance Hall on Friday, July 27th, broadcast live.

Timed to end exactly one minute before the opening of the 2012 Olympic Games, WCLV presents a live broadcast from the London-based BBC Proms! The broadcast features West-Eastern Divan Orchestra conducted by Daniel Barenboim in Beethoven's triumphant Symphony No. 9.

At Blossom Music Center, The Cleveland Orchestra presents a "Night at the Opera" concert with arias, duets and choruses from works by Verdi, Puccini and Donizetti.
